Do you deliver and set up the units? Yes. We will deliver and set up your bouncer and insure that it is clean and in good working condition before your party starts and will come back to take it down after the party is over. Set up normally takes about 30 minutes, and take down takes about the same. This service is included in your rental fee if you are located in Aurora, Naperville, Plainfield, Joliet, Oswego AND SURROUNDING TOWNS (See map below). Set up and take down times do not count towards your rental period. Is there a delivery charge? Delivery is free within our free delivery area which includes Aurora, Naperville, Plainfield, Joliet, Oswego AND SURROUNDING TOWNS. Towns/cities outside out free delivery area will be charged a $15-$25 delivery fee per our delivery map below.

| How much room is needed for a bouncer? You will need to provide a level area about 18x18 feet square with an overhead clearance of 18 feet for our 15x15 bouncers. What surfaces can the bouncers be setup on? The best surface is a level grassy area free of rocks and/or debris. However, we can setup on concrete, asphalt, parking lots, large indoor areas such as gymansiums, cafeterias or rental halls etc. Please specify which surface the bouncer will be setup on so we can provide the appropriate anchors. What questions should I ask when selecting a bouncer (or bouncer rental company) for my event?
Ask if the rental company is insured. How many children can safely bounce in the bouncer at the same time? 4 Where can I set up a bouncer? Backyards, Frontyards, Parks, Driveways (if necessary), Gymnasiums, Rental Halls, and just about anywhere else fairly level and clean will work great for a bouncer. How far in advance should I make my reservations? To ensure the best selection, we recommend you reserve your equipment as early as possible when you begin planning your event. We reserve our units weeks and months in advance. We don’t want you to miss out on the fun! Saturdays are our most popular day and book up quickly! There is no deposit required or cancellation fee and our weather policy is designed to be fair for everyone! How do I reserve a rental date? If all the rules and instructions outlined on the rental contract are followed, and the unit is supervised at all times, they are very safe. How long does it take to set up the units? It takes about 30 minutes to set up the unit and review the safety guidelines with you. The set-up time is not included in your rental period. We will set-up before your rental period begins and have everything ready for you on or before your requested start time. The renter/responsible adult must be present at the time of delivery. What is the rental period? We rent out our units all day or we have
4 hour rentals. Unless you have a specific request we can accomodate, for all day rentals, typical drop-off times are between 8am-11:30am and pick-up times are not before 7:30pm. For your convenience, we will call you the day before your event to give you a smaller delivery window once our route planning is done. If you are having a late or early party, just tell us what you want and we will deliver! What if it is rainy or windy? Jumpity Hoppity Bouncers LLC reserves the right to cancel a reservation (AT NO PENALTY TO YOU) if there are heavy rains or high winds (over 25 mph). Safe operation of our units and customer safety is our utmost concern. If the weather is questionable, we will call you in the morning and give you the option to accept or decline the unit. If you have the unit the entire rental period, no refunds shall be issued. If it turns out that there is HEAVY rain and we elect to pick up the unit during your rental period to keep it dry, a partial refund will be issued based upon the length of the rental. It is important to thoroughly dry the bounce area after a light rain with towels. A wet bounce area will be very slippery and dangerous for children to bounce in. It is against Jumpity Hoppity Bouncers LLC Rental Policy to allow anyone to bounce on a wet bounce area. When is payment due and what type of payment is accepted? Payment is due when the bouncer is delivered. We accept cash or Business Checks only. We do not accept personal checks or credit cards. Is there a deposit required? No deposit is required for orders under $300. For orders $300 or over, a $50 deposit is required and will go toward your balance. The deposit is fully refundable for cancellations due to inclimate weather. Is there a cancellation fee? There is no cancellation fee. For orders requiring a deposit, there is no cancellation fee due to inclimate weather What kind of power is required? The bouncer must be within 100 feet of a dedicated circuit. Do not plug anything else into the outlet or another outlet on the same circuit. A 15 or 20 amp circuit (typical for most householdd) is sufficient. What are my responsibilities as the renter of a bouncer? You must assign a responsible adult to supervise the children while the bouncer is in use. This adult must know all the safety rules and make sure those rules are enforced. You are responsible for the safety of the children and for the care of the equipment as outlined in the rental contract. | ||||||||||
